I first became interested in how lifestyle choices impacted upon health, while working as a specialist ITU Nurse. I returned to education and completed a Health Degree, following which I took a variety of health education and clinical roles both in and out of the NHS. I later returned to University to study Nutritional Therapy at Masters Level.
